Sharing is caring!

Hi Everyone!! Well it’s that time of year again, Valentine’s Day. If you are like me then, well you are single and usually spend the holiday with your friends. One of my favorite days Sophomore year of college was actually Valentine’s Day. It was a cold winter day, and we were all  in our PJ’s making brownies, hanging out in the kitchen and standing on the chairs belting out the lyrics to some of our favorite songs. It was such a fun day where my whole house (of 8 girls) came together and had a blast.I wanted to share some ideas of fun things to do on Valentine’s Day with your best friends. So, if you don’t have any plans for today,  grab your friends and pick something fun off my list! I wanted to share some ideas of fun things to do on Valentine’s Day with your best friends.

Go Out to Eat

Who doesn’t love a good meal out at a fun restaurant? Whether it’s Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner find a fun new restaurant you have been wanting to try. Remember because it is Valentine’s Day make sure you make a reservation, and share pictures of all your picture perfect food!

Go to the Movies

So this is what I will be doing for the holiday. Me and some of my friends are going to see the new movie, Isn’t Romantic with Rebel Wilson and Liam Hemsworth. From what I can tell from the trailer this looks like the perfect movie for a night out with some friends. Rebel Wilson’s character finds herself in a alternate universe where she is living in a romantic comedy.

Have a Night In

If you and your friends don’t want to go out there is always the option to stay in! That is what some of my friends and I did last night for Galentine’s Day. We made some dinner (tacos!) , ate chocolate & sweets, and watched movies. It was a great way to spend some time together just hanging out.

Bake Something

Kind of going back to my last idea, you can all get together and bake or cook something. When my friends and I get together for something it usually involves food. Whether it be we all make something to bring or we all make something together. Especially because it is Valentine’s Day, and sweets are such a big part of the holiday, it would be fun to bake cookies, cake, brownies, or make candy!

Paint and Sip

Okay this one is for all my 21 and over girls. I actually haven’t done this yet, but it is on my bucket list, and my mom and some of my friends have done it. For those of you who have no idea what I am talking about, Paint and Sip (or sometimes it’s called Paint and Wine night) is basically you and your friends go to a class where you all paint a picture and drink wine. I’m used to paint all the time in high school, so I think this would be so much fun to do!
